The Senior Capacity Building Officer – Advanced Learning is part of the Capacity Building Unit of the Operations Division. She/he will support the development and coordination of all of the ALSF’s capacity building initiatives, including the ALSF Academy and the ALSF Executive Programme, in cooperation with internal teams and external partners, such as the ALSF’s Operations Division Advisory Support Unit, government officials, legal practitioners, and external service providers. The Senior Capacity Building Officer – Advanced Learning ensures that ALSF’s capacity building programmes are successfully implemented, and that knowledge products are produced to a high standard and disseminated to meet the needs of African legal professionals. The Senior Capacity Building Officer – Advanced Learning also liaises with the ALSF’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning team for reporting purposes.
