The services required from the consultants include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the management of the SO project (including pipeline building, project implementation/monitoring and evaluation, and closing)
- Participate in the identification and appraisal of new projects and draft BTORs, aide-memoires as well as any minutes of meetings/working sessions 4
- Support the Task Managers in day-to-day interaction with Projects Implementation Units (PIU), including budget tracking and disbursement management
- Participate in knowledge management and learning activities (conferences, workshops, learning programs, etc.)
- Assist Task managers in preparing CSPs and collaborating with the country offices and regional offices as well as RMCs
- Collaborate with a broader multidisciplinary team on activities carried out in the Division
- Participate in drafting of project documents, including project briefs, PENs, PCNs, PARs, PCRs, etc.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Perform any other tasks/activities required.
