The consultant will strengthen the African Development Bank’s Accounts Payable operations by improving efficiency, compliance, internal controls, and fraud prevention across HQ and Country Offices. They will review payments for policy compliance, analyze SAP and RPA-processed transactions, enhance reconciliation and reporting processes, and support system and procedure improvements. The role includes developing fraud-detection mechanisms, monitoring RPA outputs, recommending AI-driven tools, coordinating with control teams, and delivering training to staff. The consultant will also generate management reports and propose system integrations to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
