The Senior Business Architect (Portfolio & Planning Focus) will play a pivotal role in establishing and operationalizing the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice at the African Development Bank. Reporting to the TCIS Front Office Lead, the consultant will be responsible for translating business strategy into actionable capability maps, aligning IT investments with strategic priorities, and strengthening EA governance and planning processes across the Bank. The objective of the consultancy is to support the definition of target-state architectures and transition roadmaps, conduct enterprise architecture reviews of project proposals and business cases, and document and maintain core enterprise architecture artifacts. The consultant will also help establish portfolio-level insights into capability maturity, duplication, technology alignment, and modernization needs.
