The services to be provided under the Assignment include:

• Project Preparation and Transaction Advisory Services Support
  • Support the origination and processing of PPP transaction advisory mandates, including scoping, preparation of internal documentation, and facilitating of approval processes and signing of advisory services mandates.
  • Assist in financial and economic analysis, due diligence, and project feasibility assessments.
  • Contribute to transaction structuring and negotiating processes aimed at achieving commercial and financial close.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential PPP transactions for inclusion in the Bank’s work programme.
  • Review proposals from Regional Member Countries and make technical inputs on their suitability for PPP advisory support.
  • Support market and sector analysis, risk assessments, and benchmarking studies to inform project structuring.
  • Coordinate data collection and maintain a database of ongoing PPP projects.
  • Draft internal and external reports, memos, and presentations
  • Other transactional support as required.
• Knowledge and Portfolio Management
  
  • Develop a centralized repository of PPP knowledge products, including pitchbooks, case studies, toolkits, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with sector and other departments to integrate PPP knowledge across Bank operations.
  • Support capacity-building initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, including webinars, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Draft funding proposals to support PPP knowledge and capacity development initiatives.
  • Track and report on the Division’s PPP advisory services portfolio.
