The African Development Bank is seeking to recruit two Individual Consultants – Portfolio and Research Analyst to support the Agriculture and Agro-Industry Department (AHAI) in advancing the implementation of the Feed Africa Strategy and its associated flagship programs. The Portfolio Analyst will work directly with AHAI management, flagship coordinators, and designated staff members to provide operational, analytical, and portfolio management support. The primary objective of the assignment is to strengthen the operational delivery, performance monitoring, and strategic oversight of key Feed Africa initiatives. In particular, the two consultants will provide dedicated support to the operations of the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP), while also contributing to other flagship programs, including the Technologies for African Agricultural Transformation in the Savannahs (TAAT-S), the Blue Economy Flagship, the ENABLE Youth Program, the Post-Harvest Loss Reduction and Agro-processing (PHAP) Flagship, and additional initiatives under the Feed Africa Strategy.
