The services to be provided under the assignment is to support the planning, development, preparation, and implementation of regional energy infrastructure projects across Africa. Responsibilities include preparing projects for investment financing, providing implementation support and advisory services to stakeholders, and managing project lifecycles. The Consultant will also handle project monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and documentation, while participating in sector dialogue, field missions, and relevant events for the NEPAD Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (NEPAD-IPPF). The NEPAD-IPPF is a multi-donor Special Fund managed by the AfDB’s Infrastructure Partnerships Division (PICU.3), under the Infrastructure and Urban Development Department (PICU), within the Vice Presidency Private Sector, Infrastructure and Industrialization (PIVP).
