The African Development Institute (ECAD) seeks to recruit a highly qualified Individual Consultant to support the operationalization of the Project Cycle Management Academy (PCMA) trainings. This initiative underscores ECAD’s commitment to improving program and project management processes and addressing existing gaps across the Bank’s project cycle.
The Consultant will assess current methodologies and tools used in project cycle management, benchmark best practices across leading development institutions, and design a framework and training modules to strengthen the implementation of the PCMA.
This assignment is expected to enhance the capacity of the Bank’s program management divisions and PMUs in regional member countries (RMCs), leading to improved project delivery, greater development effectiveness, and measurable results across Africa.
