The African Development Bank hereby invites Individual Consultants to express their interest in the following assignment: Magazine Development Consultant RDRI.
To highlight the AfDB’s efforts in regional integration, the Regional Integration Coordination Office (RDRI), under the Regional Development, Integration, and Business Delivery Complex (RDVP), publishes the Integrate Africa Magazine. This flagship publication showcases development impact of the Bank’s investments in regional integration through stories, projects, and data and infographics. The magazine targets key stakeholders, including governments, regional bodies, private sector, development partners, and individuals promoting the agenda for an integrated Africa.
Following the successful inaugural edition (2025), the department is preparing Edition II, which will be the Trade Issue. This second edition will spotlight intra-African trade, the footprint of exports to date, Bank investments in bringing about the AfCFTA, regional institutions and Africans driving change. It will look to the infrastructure of both trade and of integration with an eye on trade facilitation, policy harmonization, reform, and opportunities to deepen intra-African trade. To ensure success of this publication, the AfDB seeks to engage an experienced Magazine Development Consultant. The consultant will play a key role in developing the magazine, from content creation and design to final publication.
