The main objective of this assessment is to help guide the Bank's interventions towards reducing fragility and improving resilience in Liberia through dialogue and operational interventions. The objectives of the assessment are twofold: firstly, to identify and assess the drivers of fragility and sources of resilience across various domains in Liberia, including political, institutional, security, socio-economic, and environmental aspects. Secondly, to make recommendations for contribution of the Bank’s strategies and operations to inclusive and sustainable growth, while preserving peace and development prospects. The methodology of the study should also include an analysis of the seven dimensions of the AfDB's Country Resilience and Fragility Assessment (CRFA) namely: Inclusive Politics, Security, Justice, Economic and Social Inclusiveness, Social Cohesion, Externalities/Regional Spillover Effects and Climate/Environmental Impacts.
