Reporting to the Division Manager, the consultant will provide support in the following areas:
1.1.1. Change Management (70 %)

 

  • Support effective implementation of the Bank’s enterprise change management (ECM) project: a roadmap, strategy, toolkits, policies, processes and procedures.
  • Support the establishment of change management organizational structures.
  • Enhance Communication and Visibility: Supervise the development of communications channels and tools as necessary for this purpose.
  • Build, coach and train a community of Change Practitioners (Change Agents’ Network and the Change Management Community of Practice)..
  • Lead on the Division’s change management activities in support of the division’s work program.
  • Maintain up to date all change management program materials and change management strategy documents 1.1.2. Project management (30%)
  • Support project teams, coordinate/manage/monitor the delivery of project outputs within the agreed timeframes.
  • Produce status reports for SNBT management monthly to update on the Division’s projects, completion of milestones, and any changes or challenges.
