The scope of the functions of the Board of Governors and Subsidiary Organs Section is supporting the Boards of Governors and the Boards of Directors by preparing and coordinating statutory meetings and decision?making processes, including those of the subsidiary organs of the Boards of Governors and Annual Meetings. It also involves maintaining the official list of Governors and Alternate Governors; drafting and compiling agendas, programmes, and working documents for the various meetings; contributing to negotiations on ADF participation and Bank membership; and assisting with the management of capital subscriptions, ADF replenishments, and postal ballot procedures. The role also supports the conduct of Executive Director and Presidential elections, provides secretariat assistance to the Ad HocCommittee on ADF Governance Framework, and helps prepare documentation for designating ADB Representatives to the ADF Board.
