The services to be provided under the Assignment:
Syndications, Africa Investment Forum and Client Solutions Department is tasked with mobilizing investment on behalf of Africa´s private sector. As part of this, AIF onboards projects into its platform and advances such projects to bankability. To ensure that these projects involve reputable stakeholders, the Bank requires to undertake early vetting of potential sponsors, companies and projects that will serve as the first phase of the integrity due diligence program. The objective is to identify any reputation risks at the earliest point in the project evaluation process.
