Overview:

The DHIS2 specialist consultant will support the work as part of the Strategic Information (SI) team at MSH. S/he will provide technical support for DHIS2 in MSH projects – primarily in francophone countries. The expectation is for the consultant to work approximately 50% of their time on MSH work. Much of the work will be done remotely, but there is likely a need for occasional international short-term technical assistance visits for on-site support up to 20% of the time.

Il/elle apportera un soutien technique au plateforme DHIS2 dans les projets d'MSH, principalement dans les pays francophones. On s'attend à ce que le consultant travaille environ 50 % de son temps sur les projets MSH. Une grande partie du travail sera effectuée à distance, mais on préconise un peu près 20% du temps pour les visites aux pays pour l'assistance technique directe.

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to MSH project teams develop requirements for new DHIS2 configurations and use cases including M&E reporting/analytics, HMIS, disease surveillance and response in both tracker and aggregate modules.
Support import of historical data and configuration of automated integration routes to support interoperability between MSH DHIS2 instances and other databases.
Support documentation of applications implemented in DHIS2.
Develop new DREAM features requested by field projects and counterpart organizations (e.g .specialized apps, dashboards and custom forms).
Support translation of existing DHIS2 use cases in French.
