PART I – PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICES
1. BACKGROUND
1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with
our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into
practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children,
to the benefit of all children, everywhere.
2. SOLICITATION
2.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“LRFPS”) is to invite proposals for the
“Recruitment of an Evaluation Firm for the conduct of the Multi-country Formative Evaluation
of the Key Result for Children (KRC) #7 (Birth Registration) for period 2018-2020. (including
during the COVID-19 pandemic).
Participating countries: Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Togo, Chad, Cameroon
and Equatorial Guinea, Benin”. xxxxxxxx
