SPECIFICATION
Mobile alpha-beta particulate monitor
1. Scope
This specification describes the requirements for a Mobile alphabeta particulate monitor for monitoring the intake of radionuclides, which will be
procured under the IAEA's Technical Cooperation Senegal's national project
SEN9007 (“Enhancing the Regulatory Framework and Capabilities of the ARSN
to Implement an Effective Programme for Radiation Safety”). The equipment
will be used by the Autorité de radioprotection et de sûreté nucléaire (ARSN) of
Senegal (Hereinafter referred in as the “End-user”).

2. Applicable Documents
The following documents shall be applicable for this Specification to the extent
specified hereinafter:
Nuclear: IEC60761
NEMC: 2014/30/EU and 2014/35/EU, IEC61000-6-2 and IEC61000-6-4.
In the event of conflict between the documents listed above and the content of
this Specification, the content of this Specification shall take precedence to the
extent of the conflict.
3. Requirements
3.1. Functional and Performance Requirements
